0.2.0 - Offline Progress Update

-Gold, Lumber, and Food now accumulate properly while offline

-Fixed 'Welcome Back' message

Dev Note: This might seem like a small update, but all this was bugging me (hah) for awhile, I wasn't sure how to fix it. The solution came to me while not being able to sleep, and now it all works!
